"We were looking for a nearby relaxing venue for Christmas. This house fit the bill! It is cozy, yet spacious and filled with family memorabilia. It was very comfortable. The view of the lake was great! Kitchen is well appointed. We were able to pull off a rather ambitious Christmas dinner with just a few added supplies. "The cabin was nice for a short stay. I wasn’t aware that the cabin was located on a main road which was very busy. For a longer stay, I would have wanted to be off a main road for more privacy. Once suggest I have, is to have the porch cleaned before and after each guest. We could not enjoy the porch due to too many webs and it was not clean."

"A group of friends and I made our first fishing trip to Guntersville and weren’t familiar with the area and where to stay. We found this property and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The house was clean, very spacious, and in a convenient location. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before the trip. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the light under the microwave was not working making it difficult to see the top of the stove, the stopper for the bathroom sink was missing, the faucet on the tub was very loose and looked like it was going to come off when you pulled up the shower tab and the blinds in the dining area looked like a mad dog chewed it for a good while. "For a small cabin it was honestly very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay. We mainly just needed a place to lay our heads the night before we chased some ducks out on the lake. After staying there we are really looking forward to coming back during the summer when the weather is more enjoyable! Awesome Experience! Highly Recommend!"
