Upon your arrival, you’ll be swept away by the exceptional views as you enter this gorgeous Finger Lakes retreat. Nestled amidst 5 acres, this 1,325-square-foot home is the perfect family getaway!

If you can’t keep your eyes off the views, step to the front deck for some cocktails and appetizers as you put your mind at ease. Be sure to pick up a favorite vintage from one of the many wineries in the area to enjoy as you take in the beautiful lake views.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, wide windows, and cozy furnishings. For some downtime, curl up on the plush couches in the living room with some hot cocoa as a favorite movie plays on the Smart TV.

When hunger strikes, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads freely over from the living room. Whip up dinner while the rest of the family pulls up to the dining table in preparation of a homemade feast.

Come nighttime, sleep is sure to come easy in any of the 2 well-appointed bedrooms. In the morning, enjoy a hot pot of coffee and then explore the campground amenities, which include a swimming pool, disc golf course, horseshoe pit, and game room.

Wine lovers, you’re in luck. This property sits on the Cayuga Wine Trail and is just 10 miles from the Seneca Wine Trail! Taste your favorite vintages and then afterwards explore the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail, where you’ll find creameries and farms with artisan cheeses for you to try!

Not a wine person? Check out breweries like Boathouse Beer Garden, War Horse Brewing Company, Fleur De Lis Brew Works, Wagner Valley Brewing Company, and many others.

Visit Cayuga or Seneca Lake for boating, swimming, fishing, and so much more! For some more outdoor adventures, visit one of the nearby state parks to hike to waterfalls and take in the views.

Spacious, clean and private solid brick house! We enjoyed using the small, well equipped kitchen for some of our meals. The king bed was very comfortable and fresh smelling. Full bathroom was very roomy. Lake view is partial and a campground lies between house and the lake. Deck does afford a lake view, if you enjoy eating, relaxing outdoors. Hosts were helpful.

Great Location!!
Nice and roomy home with a great deck overlooking the Lake. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. Close to downtown Ovid where you can find everything you need, tons of vineyards and restaurants. We had a fun stay!

Spacious, vell decorated and welcoming two bedroom with nice terrace from which you can see the lake. Rooms were big with comfortable beds. Working AC, TV and all kitchen amenities. It would be nice to have a grill outside though.. Location was very good, close to wineries and parks.

Lovely Stay in the Finger Lakes
We loved this property. We booked a week stay for our vacation and for a fishing tournament that I had on Cayuga Lake. The house is recently updated and has great amenities. It is located at the top of a hill, overlooking a trailer campground, and has fabulous views of the lake from the porch and living area. It is located near many wineries, breweries, and cider houses that run along the lake. It is about a 20 min. drive to Seneca Falls, where there are nice restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It is also about the same distance from very scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. On the south end of the lake is Ithaca, if you are looking for more of a college town feel. An added bonus for us was that we were able to use the garage to park our large fishing kayaks and trailer (this may not be an option for every visit based on available room in the garage, which the campground managers use for storage). You are not able to park cars in the garage, but their was ample parking in the driveway. Lynn and the managers of the property were responsive and made the check-in process very easy. We would recommend this stay for a small family or two couples away on a retreat. We will definitely look to rent this property again should we be in the Finger Lakes.

A gem on Cayuga Lake
We loved our stay at this home on Cayuga. It was comfortable and quiet! The house has great air conditioning, comfortable beds and a smart TV that i was able to use all my streaming services and keep.up on TV watching at night. I will definately be looking for this house again next time we want to xome to the finger lakes!

Perfect weekend getaway
This house was perfect for our weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes. It was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake from the deck. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Knapp Vineyard Restaurant our first night; spent the next day wine tasting along the Cayuga Wine Trail and topped off our weekend with a trip to Taughannock Falls. The only thing that would have made this a 5+ star rental would have been a hot tub. A nighttime soak in a hot tub while enjoying a glass of local wine would have been delightful :)

Clean and bright wine retreat house
The house is in a convenient location for visiting wineries and exploring the Finger Lakes region. It is located above a family campground, which is quiet and has a convenient little store. It was very clean, bright and spacious for the two of us and can easily accommodate a family. It was a bit rainy the days we were there so we did not get to take advantage of the deck views but overall enjoyed our stay. The camp bread was a nice welcome treat.

Quiet and beautiful
Property was spacious and clean! TV is smart TV so u need to be on a service to connect. The bed was comfortable and the property was amazing. Enjoyed every night watching the stars and moon rise over Cayuga. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower is low. Would definitely book again and we were greeted by friendlyproperty manager and given a delicious homemade bread!
