Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We had a wonderful experience with this rental property. We were five adults (two couples and a single) and two infants under 16 months. The three bedrooms and baths work great for our needs. The common areas were spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. Communication with management was always helpful and timely. The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. The rental had everything we needed and the kitchen stocked really well. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at (linens and towels were soft and appeared to be new). The location was great to walk the river trail into town (about 20-25 minute walk).
