"Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely return to the hotel. The room was excellent with everything I needed. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were so lovely. Lovely cooked breakfast and great alternative selection. "

The hotel was cosy and friendly with very pleasant decor and excellent standards of cleanliness. The food was excellent, the staff were all very pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great care was taken to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. "Perfect onsite parking directly outside the hotel. 5mins walk to the beach and other attractions, shops, arcades etc. Old building with dated decor, carpets and rooms. Still had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay, fridge, microwave and kettle in room. A lift in main reception which I used to take my luggage up to 3rd floor. At £35 a night, I will definitely be booking again. Very pleasant front of house staff 😊"

"Staff friendly and helpful, the room we were given was an upgrade on what we had booked, room was clean and bed was very comfortable with good mattress that allowed me to move without waking my wife."

"We only stayed one night, but in that short time we were very impressed with the hotel room & food we had room at the front of the hotel it was a nice large room with a shower room with toilet and a large double bed. We had dinner and breakfast & both were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"I always like staying at the Hatfield. Its been 15 years ive been staying and i just think its a lovely cheerful place to stay. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."
