The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and pots and pans. Just bring the groceries, and you’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, creating an open-concept space where everyone can cook, eat, and enjoy time together. Whether you're reading a book, watching a movie, or enjoying a game night, this space is perfect for making memories.

For a peaceful night’s sleep, the second floor bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen TV and in house laundry. Wake up and savor your coffee on the covered porch, basking in the calm and serenity of your surroundings. If you're staying for work or an extended trip, you'll love the desk setup with monitors, providing an ideal workspace for remote professionals.

Additional sleeping space is available in the loft area, where a full size Murphy bed adds extra flexibility for your group. This home also features a spacious covered porch with views of the river, and it’s only a short stroll from the marina, sand volleyball, and pickleball courts for outdoor fun.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

Bow-Wow on the River has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
