"Let’s get the slight negatives out of the way first. 1) It’s a LONG way from the city and is over an hour on public transport. (2) the decor is slightly tired (3) The televisions can be on a little loud in the downstairs lounges. Other than that - ITS WONDERFUL! "The pool and bar area were good; clean, fun and good food/service. But sofa bed was very poor; no comfort as the mattress has warn though and to say that you could feel the frame underneath is an understatement! Whilst the air conditioning in the accommodation was fab, the ants in the bathroom and running water that lurched from cold to boiling no so great when trying to wash. Also staff at the restaurant were on the rude side, and had to wait 20mins for the bill, having asked twice and the rest...

"Our accommodation was spectacularly clean and the staff members are very accommodating to us. Jana and the lady who served breakfast on Wednesday 25th September were super friendly. Lady on reception was also polite. Closest station is a 12-15 minute walk to Roma Monte Mario which is only 20 minutes of a train ride from Vatican City. Bus stops are near too. A supermarket and McDonalds are within a 5 minute walking distance and lots of independent cafes in the area too. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence. "

"Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome."
