Place was easy to find, affordable and my kids loved the slides that were in the pool area. Could use some upkeep in the rooms and building but for the price it was what I expected. Beds comfortable.

The building was older but very clean. The bed was soft and the shower was hot. Walking distance to a public beach. The beach is amazing. The room was affordable and we booked at the last minute.

Friendly staff. He gave us a quiet room away from the road. Good bed. I appreciated that the are not using little plastc bottles in the shower - instead have large wall mounted dispensers.

Very friendly staff. Hallways lacked a lil cleaning and they also had a odor to them. The grounds needed a lil picking up. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were stocked nice. Pool area was clean very nice lobby.

I have stayed here before and it was nice. But they have many updates and it was really nice!!! Very friendly and polite. They kept the pool open late on New Years Eve so we could enjoy it after returning from our evening out in Oscoda. I will always make this the place to stay when I'm in the area.

Fine for under $80

Needs a lot of work, we stayed on 7/4 and the price for room was disgusting for what little they offered. The breakfast they offered was a huge disappointment. Coffee was good and the staff were very friendly. I would stay again. Not for more than 1/4 of the price I paid.

Our room was clean and fairly comfortable. Hallways and doorways were dirty and people gathered (despite a sign) right outside the door smoking and vaping.

Not much good to say, but manager did switch me to a non-bedbug infested room at midnight. Super-old "resort" property trying to be a normal motel, but not making it. Pool area looked ok - kids were having fun. But creepy with a horror-movie vibe, crazy maze layout trying to find the free breakfast which totally disappointed, of course. There were modern updates such as nice new microwave ovens, nice mini-fridge, decent updates to sink & shower faucets, etc. Bedding was fine except for the uninvited guests, towels ok. I'll say they're trying...

Served its purpose well. Dog friendly, just wish at least ONE other dog person there before me would have picked up after their pal! Chickens in the parking lot to greet me in the morning??? I'm in!

The property is clean. Not the Ritz but not the Pits. Many of the outer door handles were broken. Has many amenities , such as laundry , pool, common area, but they all share the same general area with just a divider between them. Staff was very nice, but could stand some TLC.
