"We have stayed at great properties in both North America and Europe and would say it ranks in the Top 5 overall. Beautiful hotel, views and ambiance. The service was inconsistent in certain areas. The valet was extremely busy and seemed annoyed when I asked to call us a cab. At another time, we were pointed in pouring rain towards a shuttle parked a bit away and not offered an umbrella. Pool service was slow and we had to flag staff down for service. This is not what we are used to at 5 star properties. If they could make some adjustments in this respect, it truly would be an exceptional place to stay. "

"Fun artsy vibe in their lobby area with comfy couches and chairs, a nice spot to relax while we waited for our room to be ready after getting off our cruise. They stored our luggage and gave us access to the lovely pool area and beach where chairs, towels and umbrellas are available to guests as part of the resort fee. Friendly staff got us set up on the beach. Fun beachside bar between the pool and beach. Great spot, we would book here again!"
