"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. "I travel to visit family and chose to stay here with my 5 kids. The bnb we had was perfect and cute. We all fit and had enough space to have for our own. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in instead of wasting money on take out the whole trip. We were able to sit down together and eat.
