"Location is great! The rooms are a bit small but the bed and facilities are all great. Right next to a subway station and 10 min walk to Osaka Station. Lots of restaurants by the hotel too and a great spa on 2nd floor. Thank you! "

"Dear san Franciscan, 7 mins walk from Shin Osaka station. Single room is very small. If it’s for an overnight and on budget, go for it. If I stay in Osaka for few days, I’ll get a bigger size room. Good customer service!"

"Easy checkin, servicing of rooms was towel exchange daily. No freshening of room, but amenities replenished daily. The room was filled with the bed, could have been a queen rather than a king, thus a bit more room. The dining for breakfast or wine bar couldn't seem to have working hours as posted. Convenient to the Kyoto station and central area for restaurants and shops."
