"Excellent staff!!"

"Very clean hotel, located right above the train station so very convenient to get around Osaka. Outside of the hotel is a Family Mart and a bakery. We arrived early Friday morning, they held our bags until we were able to check-in in the afternoon. The lobby is on the 2nd floor so you have to take the stairs or elevator up. Once you get the the main floor, there is a gym and a big lounge/dining area and even a patio to sit outside. They basically have coffee or tea available all day for guests with their espresso machine. During the afternoon, they have a coffee bar so you can make your own pour over! Its was very relaxing to make a pour over and just sit by the window and see the street outside with cars and people going by. On Friday and Saturday nights they had various music artists in the evening playing in the lounge area which was a very cool! They offer a bunch of amenities in the lobby if you forgot to pack anything. The rooms are very clean, spacious by Japan standards. Their breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty! Highly recommend this hotel! Would stay again. "

"Perfect stay to end our Japan trip! Free shuttle to the airport and very close which made everything very smooth and easy. The staff were very kind and the room was very spacious and clean. They also had coin operated washers and dryers which was very convenient as well. "
