Very charming and authentic property. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Dinner at the restaurant is a must- great value for a multicoursse meal and wine.

Amazing surroundings
Amazing surroundings, nice room, very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant at the place at the evening and it was a very nice experience, with tasty local food and good vine. The breakfast was maybe traditional for Italiens but as a foreigner we could have used some variations of bread and some good cheese. There was lots of different variations of cake that tasted good. We brought our dog and there was no problem about that, it was very welcome and there was no extra fees for bringing it.

La llegada, a las 17,00 mala. No había nadie, solo una persona al teléfono que nos condujo a la habitación que no estaba mal. Desayunó bastante bien. A 15 minutos de Orvieto!

Il luogo è grazioso, compdo al parcheggio e distante una ventina di minuti da orvieto, sulle colline. Il personale gentile e la colazione ottima, purtroppo ci sono cani di grandi dimensioni in branco liberi che stanziano davanti alla porta delle canere che sono a piano terra. I gestori non ne danno garanzia. Per questo non è indicato per chi ha paura dei cani o ha un cane come noi, che abbiam dovuto organizzarci per entrare e uacire da stanza e macchina senza far scattate incontri. Nonostante abbiamo segnalato la cosa ci è stato risposto che sono di un vicino e non ci possono fare niente ( anche se sono in proprietà privata)

Posto tranquillo e personale cortese, servirebbe una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione delle stanze che presentano bagni con sanitari vecchi e pareti con un po' di muffa. Ottimo per un soggiorno con un po' di spirito di adattamento
