Walk further in, and you'll find yourself in a stunning open-concept living area. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This property was great!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to be together but not right on top of each other. The property has a mix of a small private pool and community pool that is very clean and well maintained. Overall great experience for my three kids and my partner and I.

Can't wait to come back!
Our family arrived to a clean, beautiful house. There was so much space for the kids to play. The private pool was plenty big enough for my 4 grade-schoolers. The highlight was the waterpark about a 3 minute walk away. We needed a couple of things and the host responded promptly. We plan on staying here next time we come to the area.

It's not super nice house
The first thing is when we're arriving, they don't let us come to resort ,they said our group not in system, so we're spent 1 more hour on parking lot to call managers ( we drove to Florida 16 hours with baby 7 months) Another thing house pool super small Community pool was nice ,but they don't have enough chairs for all that people And another surprise, when i slept in my room on first floor, every night i heard rats scratches the walls, its scary

Nice Resort about 30 minutes from Disney
We planned a 9 day Disney Vacation and visited with family in the area. It was great to have a private pool since the resort pool didn’t open until 10am. Our elementary aged children were able to enjoy it early in the day before we set out to the water slide and lazy river for the day. On the park days we were able to have a quick breakfast at the home before heading out to Disney. The property manager was responsive and amenable to many of our requests; aka needed extra pool towels, adding visitors to the list so they could get through the gate, and getting a 2pm late checkout when our flight was delayed. The only issue we experienced was that there was trash by the door for two and a half days upon our arrival.

Problem with Ants
2 days of infestation of Ants , needed to throw out food that we bought ! Contacted owner when we noticed the problem. Needed to contact VERBO to take care of the problem . Also we needed to buy two pillows we left them for the next guest's , make sure you also buy toilet paper you only get 1 roll per bathroom that wasnt even a new roll, Then your on your own , mold in the master shower, two garbage bags for a week stay and 1 paper towel . Stayed at many other properties never had so little . I feel the property owner should have at lease reimbursement for the food that was lost ! But not even offered ! Didnt even complain about all the other things , the 1 thing i complained about which was the Ants, n got the run around .

Property was clean and close to resort pool. A couple of minor issues were handled promptly by the host. The video games on floor two were a hit with the grandkids. We were there in late February and the additional cost to heat the pool was worth it.

Perfect family get away
We had a wonderful time on our stay. We spent a week here and split our time between Universal and the property. Universal was about 40 mins away, but was an easy drive. We also could see the Disney fireworks from the back yard or Master bedroom window. The kids enjoyed the pool at house. We added heat to the pool and the privacy walls provided a nice wind block which we needed a few days in January. The resort pool/amenities were great and extremely close. Plenty for all ages (lazy river, pool, hot tub, playground in the water). The food at the club house was good and fairly priced too and the servers did a great job of making their way around to us often. We even utilized putput and the fire pits there. We did need extra towels (pool towels as the kids were always in the water) but our host had some ran to us the same day and was quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely come back!

Nice house bad cleaning and management - 30 mins from Disney
The house itself was nice but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. There was hair in two beds and a shower and a dirty pillowcase. Property management should do better as well. They door dashed new sheets for me to change. Why would I want to change sheets another guest has slept on? I had to ask multiple times for cleaning to come and change the sheets. They also did not heat the pool on the day requested and never gave me an explanation as to what happened so we were unable to enjoy it.

This was a great townhome with many convenient amenities and close to Disney. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the bedrooms, video games, and the water park and pool were a huge hit. All the essentials for in home dining which was helpful with little kids. Would definitely stay again! Host was communicative and responsive!

The Condo is Beautiful! The decorations are outstanding. It was very clean and in a good location. The resort pool was more than we planned, it was incredible. Great Family Vacation Home
My family and I planned a vacation to Legoland & Peppa Pig Theme Park. With 6 kids, ages 7 and under we were very excited to stay in this home with the themed bedrooms. It was our first time using Vrbo instead of getting a hotel. We were very happy with our decision. The house was very very clean upon arrival. The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond if we had any questions. The pool was clean and ready to be used as well. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I always bring my own pillows on vacation but the home had more than enough pillows, extremely clean and some of the softest pillows I’ve used, we didn’t even take our pillows out of the car. They provided plenty of towels, wash clothes, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The kids absolutely loved their bedrooms and the game room. We spent our days there at the theme parks so we didn’t get a chance to check out any of the resort amenities such as the pool and club house. But the home is close by the club house and you can see the pool, slides from the front of the home. As a first time renter I was unsure on the “check out” policy/instructions. There were very little information given about what was expected of the renters (what to do with linens, towels, dishes, etc before they left the home besides that trash needed to be taken out. We picked up all of our trash and didn’t leave behind any messes and didn’t have any issues. Overall everything was great and we enjoyed this home!
