The teenagers at the hotel are bumping into other guests, cutting the lines in the dining hall, and running through the hallways. It’s unacceptable and not safe for them or the guests.

If you're going to the Universal parks with the family this hotel is the perfect spot. The rooms are good, the pools are great, the food is pricy, but the free and easy shuttles to the parks are what make this hotel stand out.

While the hotel was crowded (everything around is crowded however) the check in process took a while. Hotel transportation to Universal was great. Having 3 queen beds was especially great.

When I checked in at the hotel, it was 10:30pm and it took me an hour in the line to get to the front desk! Then I noticed it was like that busy all day long! They have over 2000 rooms but only put 3-5 staff at the front desks. The hotel is more like a dorm. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide free breakfast. It has a big dinning area but everything is not free except water. If you think it will give you any convenience for the Universal Studio, please rethink it! The hotel is more expensive than hotels outside the resort, and the surcharge is more than the uber rate, plus you will spend over $10 per person for breakfast! In addition, the room decoration and furnitures are very cheap. I’ve never seen a hotel like that and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had!

New huge hotel near parks. Transportation to and from parks excellent. Beds comfortable. Restaurant is self service stations and good variety of food for all dietary needs. Pool was lovely.
