We always saw people cleaning, but it wasn't what we are used to at Sleep Inn in other parts of the country. The area and people there made it seem creepy. We did see people cleaning all the time, but the hotel was very dated. They were doing their best, but they were putting lipstick on a pig. Workers were friendly enough.

Excellent. I would encourage for male employees to have better hygiene. Dirty nails specially when working with breakfast is a turndown. Other than that. Great stay and close to airport.

My hotel reservation was booked through Expedia and my stay at the hotel for the price was a good value but when I tried to correct what appeared to be an error on my billing and called 888-691-7622 (given to me by an attendant at the hotel desk--and then later verified through a Google search) to have the billing corrected I was hung up on SEVEN times. (I was trying to conduct myself in a professional manner but was highly frustrated that any company would do this.) Finally, I concluded that this was the number for a company that works with Expedia but might not have been Expedia proper. Someone eventually called me back and gave me a better number (800-319-4834). I am sharing this in hopes that no one else calls the first number hoping to find help.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure we were all safe and happy. Grab and go breakfast was well stocked and coffee always made and replaced. Very happy we picked this place!
