Ideally situated, you will have quick access to the Walt Disney World Parks (just 2 exits away), Universal Studios, Sea World, and much more. Enjoy the private pool area (south-facing) where you can relax, take a dip, and enjoy a delicious meal without having to go out (no rear neighbors). The spacious layout ensures that you can still have privacy while surrounding yourself with family and friends. The open living area is a great gathering spot for TV viewing, board game playing, or simply socializing to recount the day that you've spent making endless memories. The kitchen will more than meet your needs for a snack or for cooking full meals for the entire household. It's upscale and features details like gorgeous granite counters, plenty of cabinets for storage, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient breakfast bar with accompanying stools. No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
This property does not get access to the clubhouse amenities.
