Perfect Place
Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The property has plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything needed to cook.Very clean.Our family enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed patio and watching the wildlife and enjoying the peaceful resort.

Die Ferienwohung liebt in einen großen Ferienanlage die mit einem elektronischen Eingangstor gesichert ist. Wir waren nur drei Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Filtertüten, ein Willkommens-Korb mit Knabbereien. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Leider ist das Wlan für einen Tag in der ganzen Anlage ausgefallen. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, der Fitnessraum ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.

This property and host were top notch. Communication with Jullian was timely and helpful in answering the questions we had. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Close to all the parks and I4 so getting everywhere was a breeze. Pool on property was great with waterslides and the kids loved it. We will definitly be coming back!!!!

"I had an incredible stay at Julianne's place! The townhome was spotless and exactly as described, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to dinning and great mini amusement park called old town, right off the interstate making it easy to explore the city. Julianne was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. I especially loved the cozy decor and how quiet the neighborhood was at night. Amazing property!!
My family and I have been coming to Florida for about 5 years now. This property has been the best place we have stayed at. Julianne has really maintained her rental and its cleanliness. This rental is in the heart of all the action in Orlando and has so many nearby restaurants & entertainment to walk to. Julianne was always so prompt to answer any questions I had and communicating with her was so easy! She also checked in with me to make sure everything was going okay :) She’s definitely a top notch host!! My family and I would definitely rent this property again!!

Our family stay here July 15th. To say this place is beautiful is an understatement! We had a family of 7. We were well spaced out, even had room left available. Everything was in there of need, and Julianne reached out several times to inquire of needs. She communicated very well all the way through booking and our entire departure.

The townhouse/condo was AMAZING! It was perfect for our 5 night stay. We had plenty of room, and it was spotless. Julianne provided all the check-in information in a clear and concise manner, and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to friends/family and definitely stay here again. Sparkling clean
This is the cleanest rental we bave have ever stayed in. I am extremely picky and I always wipe down bathrooms in rentals because they are never up to my standards. This place was sparkling clean. Julianne has put great thought in providing everything to make your stay more comfortable. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. Very close to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Enjoyed the screen porch to sit on in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!
Highly recommend this condo. It was clean, well stocked and the host was great! You are close to all the parks and espn center! We were in town for a cheer competition and it was so easy to get to all the Disney properties within minutes. We’ll stay here again!

Overall the house and accommodations were exactly as advertised. Everything was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for the 7 people. The evenings on the covered patio, with a lake veiw made for great relaxation. Host was always quick to respond when we had questions.

AMAZING!!!! Close to Disney!
We greatly enjoyed our time at Julianne’s property. It was clean, neat, and intentionally decorated. Our 4 and 3 year olds loved the Mickey themed room and all adults thought their rooms were comfortable. Julianne made our stay even more special by providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant. We even received a cute welcome gift upon arrival. We had plenty of space for our party of 7. We will definitely stay here again during our future Orlando visits.

Wonderful!
We have had another great stay at this property. This is our first choice when we come to Florida. We always try to book here when available. We know it will be very clean with all the amenities we need. Julianne is always quick to respond if we have a question but her check-in and check-out instructions are always very clear. The enclosed patio is so relaxing, perfect for reading. Our grandchildren love going out on the patio for breakfast on a nice warm morning. The property is spacious enough for our family members to join us when they can. The resort is close to the Parks and it is very quick to get back and forth. Perfect vacation spot. My family stayed at this home for for our vacation July 2023! The home is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and my kids loved it! Juliana was very sweet and very helpful! Beyond clean!!!! My favorite place we have stayed in the years we have been traveling! The resort with wonderful with so many things to offer! The poolside bar/cafe was a huge hit for us! As Good As It Looks
Just returned from our one week trip to Disney & Universal and our stay in this condo. The unit is conveniently located very close to Disney parks and within a reasonable distance of Universal too. The photos in the listing are an accurate depiction of the condo. It was very clean and in good condition for our visit. The kitchen was well equipped with the usual silverware, utensils and dishes ware you would expect to find find and pans are clean and in good condition. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and their is plenty of pressure & hot water for multiple showers at the same time. Management was quickly responsive to questions. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. One issue to investigate before your trip - unrelated to the condo? If you are renting a car, they present you with options for paying tolls. The options are EXPENSIVE, so knowing which option to elect is important. Option #1 is a flat fee (I think it was $90 for the week) to cover ALL tolls (an unlimited #) and which allowed you to drive straight through any toll booths. Option #2 was to just drive through toll booths without paying and get billed for the actual toll fee PLUS an additional (I think it was $15) for each toll covered. Option #3 was to drive into a toll booth and pay each toll in cash each time necessary. I think we made a bad call on that and it cost us.

Unforgettable Experience
I came upon the listing by chance. I was unfamiliar with VRBO and it's hosts, but saw a commercial and decided to take a look. The price caught my eye, but the amenities sealed the deal for me. The property is in an amazing location, convenient to Disney, local dining, grocery stores, and a post office. The unit itself is an end unit, which is nice as there is a sense of privacy in the resort. The unit is thoughtfully decorated and child friendly. It is stocked with all the comforts of home. So much so, shortly after our arrival we had family visit us that live in the area. We were able to host an impromptu dinner with room for everyone. The rooms are also a great size, and proved to be a sanctuary for all guests after a long day at Disney. Our host was very communicative and thoughtful. She made it a point to have anti-slip bath mats available for the children. The house rules were reasonable and all things you would do in the care of your own home. Our vacation proved unforgettable because of Julianne and her property.
