Perfect Couple's Getaway
My boyfriend and I traveled to Orlando for the week to visit family, attend a soccer game and just explore the city :) Mercedes' Cozy Studio was the perfect place for us! It was clean, homey and full of personal touches. I highly recommend this rental!

Our experience here was awesome, every need or thought of what we may have needed was considered and there were snacks provided as a courtesy. All of our questions were answered and we will definitely be returning. If you choose this location, just know that you’ll not be disappointed, words are not suitable to express our appreciation for such hospitality. This was an amazing place to stay!! I travel to Orlando a couple of times a year for graduate school and this trip was the best one yet! The neighborhood was so safe and convenient to everywhere I needed to be. Extremely comfortable and clean! Mercedes put her heart into making this apartment look and feel luxurious. Loved, Loved, Loved our stay!
The property was in a nice safe area. Everything exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. With so many extra special touches that made our stay great! Mercedes is an excellent host. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and she did a excellent job of communicating with us and we never had one problem. I would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again when I’m in this area!

Enjoyable stay
The place was perfect for the accommodations I needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a quaint feel. There were cold beverages in the fridge, coffee pods of many varieties and small snacks available which was above and beyond expectations. In addition she also had toiletries available which removed the need from packing or purchasing them. The host was very responsive to questions amd made things very easy during our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again if the opportunity permits.

Cozy Studio
Cozy Studio is the perfect name. The host is very detailed oriented and genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. There was everything we needed for our stay: extra towels, sheets and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste paste and much more….. the refrigerator had several cans of soda and bottled water…. the kitchen area was stocked with all necessities and supplies….. the community is beautiful and Mercy’s Cozy Studio was immaculate upon our arrival…. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florida….. Thank you for making us feel at home…..

Amazing property
The place was great I stayed for my sister's wedding, the space was exactly what my and my wife needed. The cleanliness was spot on house smelled fresh and clean the whole trip. The little added things like toothbrushes, shower caps and snacks were very thoughtful.
