The check in process was long and convoluted, took forever to check in our 3 rooms. Had to go to 3 different desks to finally get our keys. It was after 10:00pm when we got to our rooms so everything was closed and we were starving. It said vending machines were on certain floors, went to get a snack , the vending machines were actually ice machines, no vending at all. Parking was a total mess, by the time we got there there was not an available spot near our building we had to park in a dimly lit, poor signage garage 2 buildings away. Hard to find way out of the garage for the long walk back to our building at 10:30 at night. The parking was a disaster the whole trip.overall the rooms were clean, big, and well stocked with essentials. The pools and lazy river were really good. Had a few drinks at the poolside bar but for some unknown reason they tack on a 15% surcharge for sitting there to drink them plus tip, 3 drinks cost $50.00. Check out was easy with no problems. The one strange part was the lobby had a big concierge desk with 3 stations and was closed the whole time we were there. Overall the hotel/timeshares were good. A 10 for convenience and cleanliness, a 1 for check in and parking.
