Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We got scammed
We showed up to the address given and after the check in time, the front desk did not show our reservation. The email I received 3 days prior to our arrival did not have detailed instructions for check in. I called the property manager and left 3 voicemails. I sent 5 text to the property manager, text were delivered and read, no reply. We drove 9 hours to arrive at a scam! No place to stay.
Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2024
