Worst management company ever
The house was perfect for our family of 10. It could definitely use a deep cleaning. Our biggest complaints… water pressure was horrible. It took almost 10 minutes to fill the kitchen sink. Hot water was limited. (Which doesn’t make sense for a house of this size.). The mattresses need replaced. Very uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the management company. I didn’t initially have the heater to the pool turned on, because we were going to spend most of our time at the water park. Once we found out how expensive it was, I called to have the heater turned on. I was told it be turned on the next day (Monday). It wasn’t, so I called and left a message. They responded on Tuesday saying there was a 5 day minimum, and since it couldn’t be turned on until Wednesday, they wouldn’t turn it on unless I paid for 5 days. ($35 per day). They were not friendly, and not very responsive. I will never rent anything that is managed by this company again.
