« My friend and our two 13-year olds needed a place with enough beds (this was perfect - the boys got the two twin beds), within walking distance of downtown (about 2 miles) and somewhere safe so the boys could wander around without us. « Definitely a retro feel in an older neighborhood but a well built, well loved house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the landscaping and the hot tub. Would have loved the pool but it was too cold to get in. Would definitely stay there again. »

Nowhere in the listing was there a mention of a second rental property on the same lot and a shared backyard space. « My son and I were visiting Chico, and this was an ideal location to stay. Very close to downtown and campus, but felt tucked away and serene, being just across from the park. The space was well appointed and clean, with very comfortable beds. It was peaceful and quiet, and lovely all around. »

« It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them »
