"The house was overall nice and a good fit for our needs, except for one significant issue. There is a cottage in the back of the house where other people were staying. Nowhere in the listing was there a mention of a second rental property on the same lot and a shared backyard space. We were shocked to find people coming into “our” backyard when we were out there with our dogs. Fortunately, our dogs are friendly, but it could have been a dangerous situation for many reasons (including the people...

"Quick get away"

"Came to Chico for some blue collar work. Definitely a good choice. Perfect for us. We dined in twice and ate out a couple times. Just what we needed. Can use some more basic stuff in the kitchen but no big complaints. Thank you! "

"Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)"

"The stay was good for sleeping (which is the only thing we utilized during our stay) the owner was nice and responsive , and fixed issues we had during the stay promptly. There is no where to sit outside and the yoga room i didnt utilize which i was excited for. It was very ran down and dirty."
