Its location just outside the downtown area made it convenient for touring the university. The neighborhood was quiet and full of charming. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely consider staying here again on any future trips."

"This house is a classic California bungalow from another era. So quaint. We had lots of room for everyone to have their own space. It's in a charming and quiet neighborhood that is close to some of Chico's best. Very walk-able & close to downtown. We appreciated our hosts' quick response to questions. The house has a roomy kitchen & eating space when you want to eat in. There's a shady & quiet backyard for pets to enjoy. We were glad we found it as it met all our needs and more."

"Stayed here with my grown children and their families. There was plenty of room for all of us. Looked like a very nice outdoor area but due to weather we were limited to inside ... but didn't feel cramped at all. Coffee wasn't provided, but Bidwell Perk was close by. Would stay here again."

"Lovely - location and property itself. Well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Deck in back is 'cozy' and could use a few more chairs. Web site lists 'hot tub' - we spoke with owner there is none. Would have been nice but was a most minor issue. Nice place whish it was mine. We give it an EXCELLENT RATING. :)"

"It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them "
