CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great!
Property is just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beds are not very comfortable and one of the bathrooms is very small. Pool was nice and clean and the beach is just a short walk. Our only complaint was having to pay $68 for an extra parking pass. That’s just a little ridiculous.

Beautiful but noisy
The property was beautiful! The balcony was perfect facing the gulf. However, due to the renovation of the building next door we could not enjoy the balcony. Construction crews started jack hammer at 8:00 am and stopped at 5:30 pm. The noise was so loud, inside the property as well, we left a day early. With that said, buildings do have to be maintained but it was not a peaceful vacation as I planned. I did receive a refund for the day that I left early. I would stay again but will double check for renovations going on before booking.

Great condo and location
The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. The view was awesome and loved being on the 3rd floor. Dollar General was just across the street and Walmart neighborhood market was within walking distance. We never had to drive far to find a good restaurant. Everything was great except for the sofa sleeper. It definitely needs another mattress. The condo also had a cornhole that we enjoyed on the beach. We also was able to do an early check in which we were so thankful since we had been traveling all night. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great weekend! Highly recommend this condo!
We enjoyed our stay! Probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at! Very convenient location for food and shopping! The walk down to the beach is a breeze! We are already looking at booking here again! We had 8 adults and 5 babies under 2 and we were all super comfortable!

My three sisters and I came to celebrate a few milestone birthdays and this condo was the perfect accommodation for us. It’s just as the pictures show. I personally have a very high standard for cleanliness and this place exceeded my expectations. From baseboards to ceiling fans- Spick and span! Unfortunately there was construction going on at the condo next door (May 2023). Nothing this condo can be held responsible for. Just unfortunate timing on our parts. Overall I would recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to book again for a future trip. I appreciate it was available for us to stay in!

Nice condo on beach
Very nice 3 bedroom condo right on the beach. Nice that it is on third floor so you can take steps easily and don’t have to wait on elevator. Nice that there is indoor pool and hot tub.

Best Condo Rental Experience EVER!
Beautiful property that appears to be recently upgraded and decorated (or else the best maintained property in existence!). Everything was exactly as advertised except for the ocean view; it was gorgeous, not just great. Indoor pool with Jacuzzi is a definite plus. Definitely our family go-to in the future.

This condo is located within close proximity of everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The only issue we had were the beds. They were very hard and the master bed was loud every time we moved. Nothing we couldn’t work through. Enjoyed our stay!

The property was very nice and clean. Excellent location to everything. Easy access to pool and beach. Only a few issues while there, the dryer takes forever to dry clothes and the pool was blocked off due to construction the entire time we were there.
