Sitting directly on Romar Beach and less than seven miles East of Highway 59, this spacious 1941 square foot condo (the LARGEST and only FOUR bedroom FOUR bathroom condo in the complex) features Four en suite bathrooms and has a spacious ground floor gulf front yard with no steps for all to enjoy. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and additional wet bar with separate ice maker for guest enjoyment. Both primary king en suites feature direct patio access and one has a jetted tub with skylights as well as a separate shower. Take advantage of the shared on site amenities that include the Four Seasons Gulf front private fishing pier (the only one on the Alabama Coast), indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, fitness center all within the enclosed Four Seasons Complex featuring on site security. Enjoy the lovely views of the gulf from the patio-yard-and both primary bedrooms.
The beach as well as some of the best local restaurants and attractions are close by. With entertainment nearby such as the Coastal, Flora Bama, The Wharf and The Hangout. Just a short drive is the Inter Coastal waterway and the Gulf State Park with miles of scenic nature trails featuring views of the Gulf of Mexico and lakes.
THINGS TO KNOW
Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.
Larger pickup trucks such as ones that have dual rear wheels cannot be accommodated in the Four Seasons parking lot, per the HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
