Welcome to your home away from home. Our spacious Seaside Holiday Villa boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding mountains and is ideal for both families and groups of up to 8 people.
With its modern, spacious open-plan living area and four ensuite bedrooms, this stone villa is perfectly situated in Orahovac, a small fishing village with a picturesque beach just 20 metres away. There are two excellent restaurants nearby which we can personally recommend.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. There is also free Wifi, plus parking for two cars at the front.
The open-plan living area includes:
• Large seating area with Smart TV and DVD player.
• Large terrace with table and chairs suitable for up to 8 people
• Well equipped kitchen with an additional dining table
• Patio area with Charcoal Bbq
Fully equipped Kitchen leading off the Living area, Oven, Fridge freezer, Cooker, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave and Lavazz Coffee machine.
On the top floor we have three bedrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms, and balconies. The two double rooms have a sea view, and the twin room has a mountain and sea view. On the ground floor we have a family room, King-size bed & small double sofa bed with own Bathroom, bath/ shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.
The whole house is yours to use during your stay except the garage.

Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast. The village has two small shops open in the summer season and one open most of the winter for basic essentials. Please note Shops are all shut on Sundays but this might change, Restaurants are open.
The village has a lovely south facing stone beach, the nicest in the area. At one end of the beach there is a seasonal beach bar and the other end is the Hotel Amfora. The hotel has it’s own beach bar and restaurant serving good food overlooking the Bay.
The village also has another restaurant the Perast end of the village called the Veranda which serves good local food and not too expensive.
A regular local bus service operates on the main road from by the village shop between Kotor and Risan with connections to Herceg Novi.
Orahovac is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region- Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.
Hikers and Walkers, the Bay of Kotor is a wonderful base for day trips exploring the many wonderful walks some on ancient Austrian best time to visit the area is April to the end of June or September to end of October when it is cooler.
There is a bus that goes from Perast to Kotor one way and Risan possibly as far as Hercg Novi in the other direction every half hour from the bus stop by shop on the main road.
Orahovac has a taxi but Taxis are fairly cheap in Montenegro details are in our folder in the villa.
There is Local Tourist tax to pay Ana can arrange for you, 1 Euro per person per day for anyone over 12 years and Stay tax of 1 Euro per Stay
