"We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed....

"The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench! This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. "We were visiting family in Raufoss and this was the only lodging available in the area. It’s pricy for what you get but there’s no other option near Raufoss. The property is old and small. Expect a very basic room with no A/C (pretty common in Europe). There are drinks you can buy at the reception desk and breakfast is available."
