The microwave went out during our stay and they were there to fix it immediately. Also, they were so good to give recommendations and help with all our needs including last minute snorkeling gear. Staying here added so much to our experience here in Hawaii and I would stay here again, definitely recommend."

"The rooms and location are as pictured, very clean with wonderful amenities. My bed was very comfortable and my Sons room had an adjustable bed. The view is beautiful, I enjoyed every sunrise just a few steps outside of my room. The location is outside of the hustle and bustle of town. still close enough"

"This house was a wonderful place to stay. There was no air-conditioning in this place but it was not needed. The wind coming off the sea was sufficient to cool the house and sometimes at night it was cold. The sounds of the waves crashing against the cliffs was the best "white noise" to fall asleep or read your favorite book. The place is stocked with the tools you need to cook with. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The place is conveniently located close to the Volcano National Park so you can vist the Volcano. We did get to see the eruption during our stay. Several hiking trails beaches located near by. Kona is about two hours away but is worth the drive for the beautiful scenery. Mauna Loa is beautiful. The owners are very nice and are easy to reach if you have questions. Don't feed the chickens! Lol"

"The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!"
