"Our First Visit to Telluride was highlighted by the great experience with Alisha, the Lodge Property Manager. Alisha was great, always responded, gave great information about the property and the town. She also provided us with a great breakfast and lounging living room where we got to connect with her and other guests, downstairs in the common area. "

"A prior review said it best, "its a hidden gem in Telluride". The property couldn't be better located within town. It has plenty of parking, close to the gondola, and is the perfect walking distance from everything. The lodging is no frills, but is clean, well kept, comfortable, safe, and loaded with friendly staff. We don't travel to sit in our room so the accommodations were perfect and couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Telluride."

"Do not use this property. Alot of stairs and not handcap friendly. Poor communication with check in. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, trash not empty, no clean towels. Room was not the way it was pictured on review. Had a bacony but unable to use it. Door blocked and no chairs. I'd like a particle refund back on my fee for Sept 29-Oct 2, 2024. on my credit card for these actions. Handicap parking taken by people without proper plates or handcap cards. "
