For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. "While this property had many good points there was one bad point which is a big problem. Veronique and her husband were very good hosts. They let us check in early. The hot tub was great. The beds were comfortable. Great location for the beach. Bikes to use to cycle to town just 5-10 minutes. Small but well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge. The outside space would benefit from decking over the whole area as the grass was sparse and not nice to walk on...but not a major issue. If you are allergic...

"The location of the hotel is convenient. Unfortunately, there was no parking at the hotel available when we arrived. We were able to park on the road but would have preferred something more secure. The room was fairly large but the interior was a little run-down with stains in the carpet etc. The bed was confortable and large enough. The shower a bit old. There was no kettle or cups in the room and when I asked if that could be provided, i was told that this was not included in the Standard...
