"Good location near other airport hotels. You can hear the airplanes overhead but it’s not too loud or distracting. The hotel looks great structurally but the room itself needs a cosmetic facelift. Paint is peeling and the bathroom and bathtub are aged. Lots of parking and it did feel generally safe. I would stay again for the price. Also, the guy who checked us in was super nice. The morning staff was ok, maybe too early for them to be extra cheerful. "

"We had a last minute reservation after our flight was diverted to Ontario Ca, and the night manager Michael was so helpful and friendly. Although it’s a slightly older facility, the staff is dedicated to making the customers comfortable. It was spotless, pleasant, and every staff member we met was really great."

"at first our studio wasn’t ready upon arrival due to some previous guests that were staying in our room the night before. BUT, the front desk attendant was very kind and bought my partner and i a drink from the vending machines and told us it would take about 40 minutes to prep the room. they finished within 20 minutes which was great, but i really enjoyed that the staff was really kind and generous! "
