"My sisters and i were looking for something local for a Virgin River binge weekend and this was the perfect place to do that! The 80 inch TV was awesome to watch it on. It's a quiet neighborhood, clean interior, great communication with the provider and had a great time with lots of fun and laughter!!weekend of laughter"

"We had a wonderful weekend. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for- comfortable, clean, spacious and a quick drive to downtown! We loved that off street parking was available. The house was stocked with the basics- toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. which is always appreciated! The snacks and water were so thoughtful. The kids and adults enjoyed the space! The host was also immediately available for any questions that came up. We would happily stay here again! Thanks again! "

"Beautiful house with a great host. Great gathering areas in the home and Beautiful kitchen. We did a dads and son weekend for our hockey trip. Was a perfect set up for us.Beautiful house on a beautiful proerty. "

"New and clean. Perfect for our needs. Great beds fully stocked kitchen utensils, flatware, and silverware. Heat and cooling control by room. Right across from the church we were attending. Within walking distance to the university and 1 turn to the airport."

"Very cute and very clean little bungalow get away. Close to finger lakes for wine touring. Quit nice neighborhood and a cute outside deck with a bar style table to set outside and enjoy the evening. Will definitely stay again."

"We booked the property for our stay to visit family is Pittsford. Prior to this, we had always booked hotels but we were really hoping for more space in a cozy environment and this property definitely delivered! Not only was communicating with Tim incredibly easy, the refrigerator was stocked with drinks upon arrival and there were snacks available too! We truly appreciated that extra touch as we arrived very late at night. I had messaged with Tim prior to arriving if I could purchase a prelit...
