"We spent 8 lovely nights in Barry's Guest House on an extended vacation. He was SUCH a wonderful host! Proactive in sharing information and very responsive when we had any questions. We had been to Las Vegas and Disneyland prior to arrival in Carmel. What a pleasant change! The cottage had everything we could possibly need. From the beyond comfortable bedding to the luxurious shower, everything was awesome. Several times later in the trip, we lamented how much we missed the always ready...

I loved the outdoor spaces - both the front yard with the fire pit and backyard hot tub. I cooked every night in the lovely, well-equipped kitchen. It was a perfect stay and I look forward to returning soon!"
