"This listing was removed so I can't re-read it, but I do not remember them disclosing that a restaurant/lounge was directly overhead. It was incredibly noisy both inside and out of the unit. More importantly, there is absolutely no ventilation in this unit - no air conditioning, no window that opens, it is dark and enclosed. The ceiling fan above the bed was a joke - if you turned it on it was wired wrong with another ceiling light next to the bed that you could not turn off making the ceiling...

"Very nice place up the hill a bit from Schweitzer.Owner was as responsive as any owner we have ever stayed with (and we have stayed at a lot of VRBOs). From start to finish, Nick answered questions and gave unprompted updates. The house is larger than we needed (family of four) and had all sorts of nice touches like tons of hooks everywhere for ski gear, a workbench for skis, all of the kitchen stuff you could want, lots of extra supplies like soaps for all the washers, nice appliances and TVs,...

"This property is an easy walk from the lodge and lifts. The bed is a cheep inner spring. The suport was fine but the springs poke you. It needs a topper. Pillows are nice, there was a stain on one of the pillow cases. As you can tell in the picture the place is dated. It did have led tv's. We never turned them on. The heated parking garage is nice. But it does have low clearance. If its snowed alot the car should be under 6 ft due to the drip ledge and snow build up. The gatage door is about 7ft...

"The pictures are nicer than the actual condition of the condo. When you get over that initial reaction, you’ll be happy you booked this place - at least we were The condo is quite roomy and at a super easy ski in ski out location. We would stay here again When you try to find the place don’t trust your GPS, it will guide you to an address on the same straat but higher on the mountain Before arriving, stock up on groceries in Sandpoint, as there is no grocery store on the mountain"

"The house was in need of "up dating." The furniture was "well worn." The master bed was sitting on the floor, no frame. The dishes were in need of being replenished. We loved the floor plan and size of the condo. There were plenty of supplies. Very good location. The agents stayed in touch with us making it easy for communication."

"what a wonderful Christmas at this great ski in/ski out condo at Schweitzer. Excellent location,for true ski in/out, cozy condo, and such a great host with easy directions to get the key, and zero work check out. Will definitely be back!!!"

"We had three families with us, ages 8-87 for a ski vacation at Schweitzer Mtn. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms made getting ready in the morning for skiing efficient as everyone had private space. The living room and dining spaces are tight to have everyone relax in the space, but we spent all day at the mountains and made it work. Great little cabin for a Schweitzer ski trip

"Nearly new, tastefully decorated cabin with turkeys in the woods. Very quiet and private. Nice shower. Fun to have a fire outside on a cold night. I failed to notice that the cozy loft is accessed by a ladder which wasn't ideal, my bad. Would return provided my buddy takes the loft next time!"

Talus Rock Retreat

"This was an amazing place and one I'd recommend to anyone wanting to get away. Its situated on 18 acres. Outstanding and peaceful. We had an amazing private Chef's dinner and shared a couples massage. Caretaker's husband/wife team Chad and Jill were wonderful hosts! Very helpful, giving insight for places to see and eat in and around Sandpoint. Definitely worth a return stay!"

Great New Years Schweitzer ski trip

"Terrific property for family and friends. Ski in and out (ask for directions on skiing back from the top chair). Well equipped kitchen, regular beds for 14, plus additional space on couches. We were 7 total, so space was ample. Lou was very attentive. Driveway was slippery, so one car opted to park in the spots along the road and walk up. Easy to do. Hot tub was nice and clean. Ample towels. Overall, a great stay and easy to cook and entertain. "

Remodeled woodland oasis for those who want it all

Great location Great space for a big family

"I loved every thing about the set up! The bedrooms were spread through the entire house 4 levels! And the furniture and table were comfortable! Kitchen was amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub- the stairs that led to each floor were carpeted for in my opinion safety- which was great as we had three toddlers with us. There were things for all of our age ranges to enjoy! They have the sleeping arrangements set up so nice- no one had to be cramped sleeping or hanging out. It was a very enjoyable experiences and place for a family of 15 for the holiday weekend. "
