"Had my doubts after reading some of the reviews about this hotel but you should really take those with a grain of salt. Some people just like to complain. The hotel was perfect for our stay. It was clean, staff was helpful and attentive, food options and a convenience store located on site was a plus! Housekeeping was fantastic! Kept our room supplied with clean towels, made our beds every day, and removed the trash in trash cans. The beds were comfortable. Usually I go home feeling achy from a bad bed but not this time. The 1 king bed with sofa sleeper was perfect for our family of four. The hotel is conveniently located to everything downtown. No long wait lines to check in. As soon as we got there, the baggage storage staff was on top of making sure we got our bags stowed until our room was available. "

"Beautiful hotel, My room came stocked with soap, lotion, fresh towels, wine glasses and other amenities. The staff were professional and respectful. My stay also came with 2 free drink vouchers for the bar and they had free champagne in the lobby for NYE. Fantastic experience and by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York City. "

"Perfect for me and my mom for New Years. At first, I was concerned about the shared bathroom, but it's actually one toilet and one shower in a door key accessible room so really it's a private bathroom, but it's in the hallway but only one person at a time can use it. I wish I would've known that part because I would've booked it sooner for the entire trip, but I was turned off by them advertising shared bathroom, but really to me that's still private. The beds were comfortable and the TVs on each bed are great because my mom loves to watch the news and I don't so us being able to watch what we wanted on our own TVs was awesome. The rooms were small, but that was OK for us. We still had everything we needed. There's still a sink in the room for you to wash hands and brush your teeth and things like that. I thought the rooms were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very kind as well."
