The place was recently remodeled restaurant bar and coffee bar. Also a pool. I was to fond of the parking,but the valets were very helpful and accommodating!

Before I say anything I will say the room was very clean with a very small bathroom. When we arrived the Valet was fast and efficient. What I found surprising was how dirty the elevators were. If you are going to advertise a very nice hotel you should clean and polish the elevators. The hotel lobby was nice and the concierge was very helpful and friendly. We checked in and got up to our room after a very long day of travel. The room was clean but what was disappointing was that the cable was out and had been all day. It would have better to be told that at check in instead of after showers and finally getting off our feet to settle down and have NO TV, it was 2 more hours before it came back on. I called downstairs and they said the whole area including other hotels was off. I called other hotels, and they were not off. We were in walking distance of the docks where you pick up the water taxis and other boats. Walking distance to the City Market. Our room was on the 6th floor facing the park. There is a club across the street that plays very loud music so be prepared for that, thumping dance music. The door to our room had a large gap around the entire thing making it very easy to hear everything going on in the hall. We had a room with 2 double beds that were very comfortable. There is no table to have room service so that was out. Clean room but in my opinion not a $300 a night hotel. Clean the elevators and fix the gap!!

Liked they had nespresso coffee makers on each floor for guests. Staff excellent Valet parking was wonderful. Guys so great Robes for guests if chose to use them. Steamer for clothes

Overall good experience. Blocks from the battery. And a few blocks from the market. Great customer service. Clean room not cramped. Husk is right next door if you’re looking for a nice dinner.

This property was amazing! No vomplaints
