"Both my husband and I were incredibly impressed by the staff at this hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle running from the hotel to the mountain was super convenient and reliable. And the shuttle driver was so nice."

"Thought the hotel was great for the price! My group stayed in the room with 3 beds and had 5 people. We were able to fit all our ski gear as it was very spacious! Also there was no hot tub at this hotel but they gave us access to use the hot tub at the hotel next door so that was great. Only thing to note on the negative side was that the continental breakfast was very slim. "

"Conveniently located just a short walk to both gondolas at Steamboat, the Grand was a great stay for our family’s ski trip. I would shop it against the Sheraton next door for a price comparison as we had friends staying there and it was surprisingly upscale and closer to the slopes. "
