"Partially our fault. We didn't have them clean the first two days. We were given towels. We left the DND sign off on the third day and our room was not cleaned. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay and the restaurant, pool and workout area."

"Went for a quick trip to Albuquerque and had a wonderful stay. The one thing that my daughter and I both noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff was. It was consistent from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant servers. Outstanding care all around. As for the facility, it was lovely,a beautiful hotel and common spaces, the room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Plenty of parking, my husband was even able to park his motorcycle close and in a place where he felt it was safe. Will be staying again for any of our trips to Albuquerque. "

"Remote was disturbing filthy. Hair dryer did not work. Lamps are all loose in nature and leaning. Water faucet is loose on cabinet. Tub shower surround could use more cleaning and sealed. Tub faucet loose as well. Also cracks under entry door allows rodents/critters"

"Friendly helpful staff. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Room was very clean and great breakfast! Will stay here again!"
