"I stayed here a few days with my husband and dog during the Christmas holiday and it was lovely. Overall the stay was a 4.25/5. The staff is a 10/10 in kindness and helpfulness. The lobby and restaurants (Jack’s and the pub) have good food options and are very convenient. The hotel building itself is a bit old so some hallways smell a bit of stinky socks. We got a room with a balcony which was lovely. When we stayed it was raining so some trails of ants appeared in our room which wasn’t ideal...
