It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms. "

"My family (7 adults) stayed at Nathan’s beautiful and comfortable home in Hollister for a family wedding. We booked the home for 4 nights. It was one of the hottest weekends in CA history, but the dual AC units kept us nice and cool. "Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"The house was perfect for our first holiday all in the same house instead of separate hotel rooms, etc. The fact that there was a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. The house siting and location, although not directly on the beach with no houses in front of it, it as high enough to give a glimpse of the ocean. The sand dune surrounds and separation from the other houses was a big design plus for the house also. The long deck on the ocean view side provided great outdoor space to eat,...

"We went to Monterey from here, about a 25 minute drive. The house has comfortable beds and a great soaking tub in the master bath. 2 living rooms, so people can do as they want. There is a weber grill out back to BBQ (bring briquettes). Do note, it is a steep driveway. But very secluded, you can see roof tops, but not windows of any neighbors. Owner was great at communication, and worked with us on any needs!"
