"This is a fun, comfortable and well located hotel. They are still recovering from the flood damage caused by Helene. Despite this our room was perfect. I love that it was quiet and completely dark with the lights out and curtains closed. They are completing repairs of the work out facilities and hadn't reopened the roof top bar yet. Despite this we had a great seat outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and a delicious cocktail. Will definitely stay here again. I would have given the area 5 stars but there is still visible damage from the flooding to the river view. Not the hotels fault of course and repairs are underway all over Asheville! Support them!"

The staff are incredible so friendly and helpful with any suggestions or meeting your needs. The room is so comfortable. Honestly nothing but amazing things to say. Will be staying there again our next trip to Asheville! "

"Had a late flight so chose based on proximity to airport. When I arrived at 11 PM there were no parking spots. Front desk was somewhat condescending when I asked about other parking options and said they were “booked”. I replied that I did have a reservation and what are my options for parking. He said none. Fortunately after circling the building a couple of times a couple of spots opened up from people who were returning from flights and had parked at the hotel. Otherwise everything was great. "

"Staff was wonderful and customer service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Biltmore village was still being restored following Hurricane Helene, sad to see. However, there will be more stops and restaurants closer than downtown when restoration is complete. Downtown was very convenient and only 10 minutes away. Loved our stay at Baymont and would stay here again in the future. "
