"The staff was wonderful. All extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, there were guests from and a wedding party staying at the hotel that night who returned to the hotel at around 11:45pm. They must have changed their clothes, went to the bar, and then returned at 2am when they closed.. THEN many broke into groups and spent time in several rooms for another hour or so before returning to their own rooms. So, the intermittent loud talking and opening and closing of doors so late...

"The service was terrific. They have a full kitchen. Although technically there is street parking, it's extremely difficult to find one nearby, and it's expensive. However, street parking is free after 10 pm if you only need it for overnight."

"Staff were wonderful; all were polite and very helpful. When I arrived the heating unit was not working great. I actually cleaned the front grill and washable filters myself that first night. Ironically, Maintenance was in the process of doing the whole building and got to my unit the third day I was there. The housekeeping staff was very polite and accommodating. "We were met with AWESOME people from the call on the way in, to checking in with Craig and being seen by custodial Debbie. TOP NOTCH! The staff at breakfast was a trip, they had me laughing the whole time! We will DEFINTELY stay there again.... Oh, and the location is perfect too for the Old City..... But the PEOPLE will bring us back! Room was perfect too.... "
