"This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. "We booked this place as a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. No staff on site. No information was provided at the hotel to help us find things in the area. We were not informed that this was a "self check in hotel" until after the cancellation date. The amount we paid was more than double the advertised price, yet we were still asked to perform a laundry list of cleaning tasks before exiting the unit (vacuuming, folding blankets, emptying and taking out gargage, etc.). "Location was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Our room was nice but the “fire place” was pitiful. A nice gas flame would have been better. Breakfast was delicious. More choices would have been great. The cook was more congenial than the owners. Owners were pretty reclusive. The advertisement stated the property had daily housekeeping. This is one reason we chose The Nutmeg. There was NO daily housekeeping service, and that was very disappointing. We would have loved coming back to our room finding it serviced and tidied up. If The Nutmeg does not offer that, they need to change their description."

Cozy New England Inn

"This was my first stay at the Williams Inn and I found it the coziest hotel I've stayed at! The furnishings are lovely and the lobby area very inviting (especially in the winter when the fire is always going). There's also - unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the end of my stay - a little nook area off to the side with books, games, and complimentary fruit water. The rooms were lovely and clean. The bathroom and shower were mostly clean except for some black spots near the bottom of one part of the shower wall and floor. The air unit for the most part actually kept the room temperature well controlled (which seems to be rare these days). In all, our little group enjoyed our stay and would definitely like another visit."

Beautiful Inn and will return

"We had a wonderful experience at Arlington Inn. It’s very bold and bright. We loved the fireplace in our room. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The muffins were delicious. Greek yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, salmon, cheeses and more. We’ll return to the Inn the next time we’re in the area. Sunday’s breakfast server for water and coffee was only seen once and didn’t return for refilling. "

Amazing stay, amazing cust serv & great amenities

"Absolutely fabulous! Romeo, one of the owners was amazing and went WAY above and beyond to accommodate us!! This is a newly gutted and renovated inn with a modern, rustic vibe! Very comfortable beds and amenities are high class! We would, without hesitation, recommend The Inn at Mount Snow and would stay here again and again! A million thank you’s to Romeo and his staff for taking such good care of us and treating us like family! "
