The young woman that checked us in were really great I wasn’t feeling well and we go to the hotel early and they it us in a room that was ready so I could lay down. They were understanding and extremely supportive.

Overall we had an amazing stay, and the sweet woman at the front desk who checked us in was completely helpful and inviting after our long drive. The beds were comfortable in the room was clean. My family and I like staying in that area because the view of downtown, as well as the proximity to downtown. My only suggestion is to make an agreement with the hotel across the parking lots that patrons can use the pool. My autistic son saw the small sign of pool at this location but it was actually a hot tub and he was heartbroke.

Andrew was a horrid man with terrible manners. “I literally don’t know what to tell you. “ Exactly the words out of his mouth when we told him there were bugs in our room.

Despite ongoing building work to apparently finish the property other areas were already showing signs of wear. Fraying carpet, rusting shower fittings, loose soap tray, poor fitting (and noisy) windows.

There’s a new hotel going up in the same parking lot. Makes it a little confusing finding it and parking. The floors in the hallways are dirty. When we got back from being gone all afternoon our room smelled like pot. Front desk said they’d check on the problem. Offered to move floors. We slept w our window open. Staff doesn’t answer the phone much.

I had to go back to the front desk several times to get things fixed. The a/c was not wirking correctly and the card reader on my door quitvreading my card BUT the staff was super friendly and helpful through everything.
