The historic charm of the studio suite adds a touch of class that is memorable. Matt, our host, was wonderful, promptly responding to any questions I had regarding our stay. "Great location for access to downtown area. The rental was clean and well decorated. If walking up/down flights of stairs is an issue, this isnt the place for you. A few in our group strugged with them. Hosts responded quickly to any request and even helped us carry items inside because of the stairs. This was greatly appreciated! The outside noise into the morning was a bit much, but we knew what to expect. All in all we enjoyed the unit and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for 10...

"Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking)."

"The apartment was in a very walkable and cute part of town, and was truly equipped with all the amenities we needed for a week long stay (dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchenware) etc, and the beds were exceptionally comfy, and the host was great at communication. "Liked the look and the layout. Halloween party into the early morning behind the property. Don’t go near a holiday like Halloween. Paid parking is inconvenient and not monitored. Car beside ours was broken into overnight. At least one king sized bed would be great and a non-fabrics couch as well would be good for cleanliness purposes. My wife would have appreciated blackout curtains. Very nice place overall and would recommend it. "

"We loved our stay and will keep this listing at the top of our list for future visits. The communication with the owner was excellent, check in was flawless, and the facility was clean, bright and welcoming with great views of the city! The beds were comfortable and the whole place was well appointed. The stairs to get up the place are a bit narrow and it is 3 flights up but definitely not a deterrent. Having a designated parking spot was a HUGE bonus for being in the city. Highly recommend! "
