The Urban Cottage . . . This is an amazing view of Skaha Lake. 1420 sq ft, outdoor heated salt water pool from mid-May to mid-October. This property is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis for mid-June thru August. See calendar for details.- Gas BBQ, Private bath off the master, 5 major appliances, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, parking - located in a gated community. Private in-suite laundry. Located 10 minutes south of Penticton on Skaha Lake - in the community of Okanagan Falls. There are 2 sets of french doors leading to the Lake. Wifi. Gated Community. Whether you want to remain active or wind down - the is an amazing - the sunny Okanagan allows for both. Please feel free to contact Owner for questions Enjoy!

Great customer service!
We had a vacation booked during the fires in Kelowna and Okanagan Falls which forced us to cancel our trip, however, during the booking process, cancellation, communication, etc. Jo was incredible! She was so nice to deal with, helped us along the process (first time booking with VRBO) and was understanding and worked with us in the cancellation. We will booking again with Jo in the future!

Would not give me back my money..
The communication was terrible. I was asked for my I.d and deposit which I was unable to provide due to the fact that I did not get a single response from the host. Therefore I was not given the code to enter and was denied my whole refund. I don't know why it's even listed. I booked for 2 days and did not receive a single message at all.

The property location and property were beautiful and well stocked. We were given the wrong building number and the wrong code to get into the property and we couldn’t get the key to open the patio area and when I phoned about it was just told to look at another spot where there wasn’t anything

Very spacious, great location
This was an awesome getaway. Great for larger or multiple families to share, the space was great and big enough for all of us . We had lots to do and place was near everything we needed. We were able to bring our boat up and Joanna was super helpful with providing us with more information on storage/launching/etc. Will definitely look at coming back next summer.

Amazing getaway!!
Perfect location. Close to beaches, playground and splash parks for the kids, and wineries and Penticton/Oliver for everything else! We loved it and everyone you meet in OK Falls was so friendly.

Excellent location and vacation home. We really enjoyed our time, and would definitely come back.
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and much larger than expected. We did two days of wine touring, Oliver and Naramata, so the location was absolutely perfect. Communication with Joanne was great. We will definitely book again, and would highly recommend the vacation home.

A nice place close to many wineries
We picked OK Falls because of the proximity to wineries in Naramata. It was an excellent choice. The condo was very spacious for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds and furniture with a good size kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms was great. . It is at the end of the building and has a nice view of some water.

Needed Getaway
The four of us had a wonderful time. Relaxing in the suite. Sitting on the patio. Walking by and into the lake. Swimming in the pool. Our husbands enjoyed all the bicycle riding opportunities. They went as far North as Naramata. We may have gone to Tickleberrys as many days as possible... Jo was really helpful and available any time we had questions. It was a great week away. Great for a family!
Unit was clean, spacious and on the main floor for easy access. Beach was less than a 2 minute walk. Owner was communicative and helpful. Okanagan Falls is quiet and a central Okanagan location. Great place to stay all around.

Quiet & well located.
Excellent property in best location in complex. Close to Penticton & Oliver in the heart of wineries & fruit orchards. Great for families to enjoy the lake & beach. The village of OK Falls is a zero, with no groceries, pubs or restaurants.

Perfect rental for young family
If you are looking to escape but have young children, look no further. This location has everything that makes a vacation great: a pool 10 steps from your door, a barbeque, great view and nearby beach, plus convenient excellent ice cream at Tickleberry's. On top of that there are a number of great activities within walking or easy driving distance (riding, train trip, miniature railway, biking along the Kettle Valley Railway). We couldn't recommend it more. P.S. the air conditioning was a lifesaver...
