"Our second stay at this fabulous property. A lovely upscale place just off the 101, perfect when traveling but would love to spend a little time there. Close to Santa Barbara and Ventura with a lovely little town down the street with shops, coffee and a great restaurant. A must stay! "

"This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value."

"We had such a wonderful time staying at Channel Island Shores! This was our 2nd visit and before our stay, Tina asked if we were celebrating anything so I mentioned that we were visiting Oxnard because my son wanted to go fishing for his 13th birthday. My daughter was also celebrating her 8th birthday as well. She asked me to send her a photo of them and when we arrived, they had a special birthday set up on the dining table.
