The private parking spot accessible from the alley behind the house is very convenient but a bit tricky to pull into. The one issue in the kitchen was that there was no coffee pot, so had to be creative to make coffee. Location was close to groceries and restaurants and very convenient for getting anywhere in DC. "Our 4th time at this property. Manager is responsive and accommodating. The home is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Excellent location in safe, walkable neighborhood. Free street parking. Highly recommend. "

"Everything was wonderful with two small exceptions. There were no oven mitts or salt, pepper, spices etc. to help facilitate our personal cooking. With large family we don’t have the option to go out to eat regularly. There is an Aldi’s less than a mile away, which is great. Also there was not much for rags and kitchen towels etc, for cleaning. "Wonderful stay for a mixed family of 7 for Spring Break in DC!! The house was spacious, slept our group comfortably, and had every amenity we needed. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and there were multiple extra sets of linens for bathing. The house, built in 1906, has been beautifully updated. Each bathroom fully met our needs.
