"We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "Sumire House is perfectly located to explore the city and a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenity. "

"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."

I'm not a train person but it's very easy in Japan with google maps, so this was a big bonus.
