"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."

"The hotel has a great location in Odaiba, close to the subway and many different malls which is convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is vast. The rooms are big and clean with lots of amenities. The staff are very helpful and proactive. When I arrived early they organised my luggage which was delivered to my room when I could check in. I had the breakfast which was fine and catered to all. There is also a bus from the hotel to both Tokyo airports which was super convenient."

"2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area. "
