A lovely 420 sf studio unit in Oceanside situated 1 mile from oceanside pier (5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk ) and old downtown ambience .This terrific property offers a peaceful retreat for guests looking to relax and recharge. Offers 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, it comfortably accommodates a small group or a couple seeking a romantic getaway. The studio is equipped with heating& Air conditioning, an iron, a washing machine, WiFi, and a hair dryer, a patio deck with a beautiful ocean view to unwind with your favorite cocktail ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're exploring the nearby beaches or enjoying the local attractions, this tremendous studio provides a cozy and inviting space to come back to. Units has its own entrance and courtyard patio, full kitchen with all the amenities . Unit offers up front street parking only . Studio is a non smoking unit as well .

Clean and spacious studio with a cute beach vibe, felt very private and secure with the separate locked gate entry. The studio was well appointed and had every thing I needed. It was a quick drive to the beachfront. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. You can tell the owner put a lot of love into this property. Everything was accessible. I had the best experience. I'll definitely be back. We had an amazing time with great local restaurants.
