"Visited NY with friends. We arrived a little before check in and were given access to our rooms promptly. Skye checked us in and she was truly a delight - and was very pleasant to interact with for the duration of our stay. The rooms were nice. Very big for NYC - a little worn in certain respects, rooms could use a little updating, but they were totally adequate for what we needed. Everything functioned as needed and was comfortable. I used the gym and it was nice and had everything I needed as well. Located right at 3rd and 53rd, so the location is great, and particularly quiet on weekends. I would definitely stay here again."

"Service at check in was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was busy but tasted good. Would definitely return. Had an issue with key card not working in our room door. This delayed our departure. Customer Service person Sam was very helpful in my follow up phone call. I will be back and high marks for excellent service"

"Hotel was near Grand Central Station which had so make options for transportation. I love the water bottle stations on each floor. It was one less thing to buy in the city. Shower was hot and easy to use. They didn't have shower gel, so make sure to bring. "

"My fiancé took me here for my birthday and it was the best experience I had. We stood in the king sky room and it was romantic and breathtaking. I couldn’t stop looking out the window while in bed it’s a bucket list thing to do if you visit the city. Would definitely come back again!"
