It was clean and spacious, and was very well-appointed. Dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils were top rate (not just a hodge podge of the owners' extras). Good thing too, because if you want to buy a loaf of bread, or a toothbrush, etc., you have to get in your car. Pack accordingly. Also, I wish the signage at the complex was better; I wandered around in circles a fair amount. Still, I recommend this without hesitation! ##### karen b. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous! The grounds are absolutely stunning with lush gardens , brith flowers and ponds. Had some concerns about no AC but fortunately the unit had fans. They also had beach equipment available- chairs and umbrellas - which was also wonderful. Plenty of kitchen items. My only negative was the sofa was stained ; nothing a quick steaming can’t clean. Nice clean parking garages. Easy communication with rental staff. Confusing to navigate property. Did have to sweep/clean floors throughout entire condo as it wasn't done upon arrival. I did tell staff floors were very dirty uponbus arriving. they brought us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. Would have been nice for someone to do for us since it wasnt done upon arrival. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes this place has a view of the ocean. If you are going to read a book, chill out on the balcony or catch up on sleep during the day, you can forget about it. Multiple construction sounds disturb this otherwise pleasant place. If you turn around and look from the balcony to the kitchen you will notice a significant downslope of the floor. The dinner table shows the drop in the floor. If you’re trying to work or chill I would avoid this place while construction exists( I wish I would have booked somewhere else because of this.) This fantastic condo is located just one short block away from the ocean yet still boasts a lovely view of the beach and surfers from the balcony. We greatly appreciated the super comfy beds and amazing pillows that afforded us with some of the best sleep we’ve ever had. Additionally, I can’t say enough about all the little kitchen extras that were thoughtfully provided. This is the first property I've stayed in (in over 8 countries now) that had mixing tools, baking sheets, a drink pitcher (WOW!!), and CONTAINERS to keep our leftovers in!! Well done!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love to cook so greatly appreciate all the extra conveniences like measuring spoons and pot holders. I can't tell you how many places we stayed in where I struggled not to burn my hands taking something out of the oven!
